Who processes your data
The operator of this website is Tumanov Group Co., Ltd., 27/343 Moo 6, Srisunthon, Thepkrasattri, Thalang, Phuket 83110, Thailand. Contact: info@thegensbangtao.com.
Tumanov Group is a partner sales agency. It is not the developer of The GENS by Botanica and does not act on the developer’s behalf in processing your data.
What we collect and why
The home page has an enquiry form in every language version of the site. It collects only your name, phone number, the contact channel you prefer (WhatsApp, Telegram or a call) and the page you sent it from. We use these solely to reply to your enquiry about The GENS by Botanica and property in Phuket. There is no email field, no marketing list and no profiling.
If you write to us directly in WhatsApp or Telegram, we see your number or username and your message, and use them in the same way and only for that conversation.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box next to the form. The box is never pre-ticked. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@thegensbangtao.com.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records and the associated consent log are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. The consent log stores the date, time, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and a hashed form of your IP address — never the address itself in the clear.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our sales team by email and by a Telegram bot message. We do not sell your data, do not pass it to advertising networks, and do not use third-party form services. If you ask us to introduce you to the developer, a lawyer or an accountant, we will ask your permission first and tell you exactly what we are sharing.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies.
On the Russian version, Yandex Metrica starts when the page loads unless you have chosen “essential only” in the cookie banner; its session replay does not record what you type into form fields. On every other language version, Google Analytics starts only after you accept analytics in the banner, and until then no request is made to it.
Declining is a single click of equal weight to accepting, and your choice is remembered for 180 days.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its erasure, and you may object to processing. Write to info@thegensbangtao.com and we will respond within 10 working days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are stored outside the public web root, and the endpoint that receives them is protected by rate limiting and anti-bot checks.
Language versions
This policy is published in several languages for convenience. If the versions differ, the English text prevails.
