Who processes your data

Tumanov Group is a partner sales agency. It is not the developer of The GENS by Botanica and does not act on the developer’s behalf in processing your data.
What we collect and why
On the English pages of this site there is a contact form. It collects only your name, phone number, preferred contact channel and the page you sent it from. We use these solely to reply to your enquiry about property in Phuket. There is no email field, no marketing list and no profiling.
On the Russian pages there is no server-side form at all: the fields there compose a message that you send yourself from your own messenger. Nothing is transmitted to this website from those pages.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box next to the form. The box is never pre-ticked. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@thegensbangtao.com.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records and the associated consent log are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. The consent log stores the date, time, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and a hashed form of your IP address — never the address itself in the clear.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our sales team by email and by a Telegram bot message. We do not sell your data, do not pass it to advertising networks, and do not use third-party form services. If you ask us to introduce you to the developer, a lawyer or an accountant, we will ask your permission first and tell you exactly what we are sharing.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. Analytics, where enabled, load only after you accept them in the cookie banner; declining is a single click of equal weight and the choice is remembered for 180 days. Until you accept, no request is made to any analytics provider.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its erasure, and you may object to processing. Write to info@thegensbangtao.com and we will respond within 10 working days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are stored outside the public web root, and the endpoint that receives them is protected by rate limiting and anti-bot checks.
