Why the schedule matters more than the price
This is an off plan purchase: you are buying construction progress updates and a completion date, not a finished apartment you can walk into. Sixty per cent of the purchase price is paid during construction. That structure protects you: money leaves your account as the building rises, not before. It also means the completion date is not a detail on a brochure — it is the shape of your cash flow for the next two years.

Payment against that timetable: a $3,018 booking deposit, 30% on contract, 60% across the construction quarters and 10% at transfer, plus 700 ฿/m² sinking fund once and 70 ฿/m² a month afterwards.
